WINNIPEG – On Tuesday, at about 11:40 a.m., emergency personnel responded to the 200 block of Tecumseh Street for a report of a water leak and the smell of gas coming from a residence.

Upon arrival, a fire was located inside where a dead woman and infant were also discovered.
