WINNIPEG – RCMP say they believe the remains of a Winnipeg woman reported missing last week have been found.

29 year old Brittany Storey was on a group chat with friends last week when she told them that she hit a tree and the call was lost.

Mounties found a body in a submerged car in a pond on Tuesday near Molson, Manitoba.

An autopsy will confirm if it is Storey.
