BRANDON – Police in Brandon arrested a 39-year-old for sexual assault of a young boy on Monday.

Police said the 39-year-old woman from Brandon was arrested following an ongoing investigation from April 10th. It is alleged that the woman inappropriately touched an 11-year-old boy who was sleeping over at her home.

Police said in a release she was arrested for Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Assault. She was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in June.
