WINNIPEG – The province is reporting two deaths today from COVID-19, neither from Winnipeg.

There have also been 130 new cases of the virus, including 92 in Winnipeg.

4,444 cases are active, 19,408 people have recovered, for a total of 24,513 cases so far.

337 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 36 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is 12.6 per cent. Winnipeg’s rate is 11.9. 1,193 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 419,542 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 661.
