27-Year-Old Woman Faces Weapon and Drug Charges

WINNIPEG, MB. – A warrant was executed at a home on Burrows Avenue in Winnipeg resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old female.

Thursday evening police searched a home in the 700 block of Burrows Avenue and seized a number of drugs and weapons including the following;

  • 7.35 ounces of methamphetamine (valued at approximately $30,850)
  • 7.45 grams of cocaine (valued at approximately $600)
  • Electric stun gun
  • Folding knife
  • Containers with false bottoms/covers
  • Digital scale
  • Packaging materials
  • 3 mobile phones
  • $755 Canadian currency
  • $10 United States currency

Police sad they charged, Pamela Church, a 27-year-old female of Winnipeg with;

  1. Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
  2. Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  3. Possession of a Weapon (x2)
  4. Carrying Concealed Weapon Prohibited Device or Ammunition (x2)
  5. Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon
  6. Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000
  7. Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance by Judge/Justice (x3)
