WINNIPEG – A Winnipeg man faces 28 counts of Break and Enter to businesses in the William Whyte and Dufferin area between November 24th and December 9th.
Because of the high volume of break-ins that were occurring, police began to actively target the area. They located a man pushing a shopping cart with a cabinet that had been taken during the break-in. He provided a false name and resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
