WINNIPEG – Crews have been busy battling four house fires since late last night.

The first happened just before 11:30 last night in the 600 block of Agnes Street.

It was followed by blazes on Alfred Avenue, Disraeli Street and Harbison Avenue.

No one was hurt and there are no damage estimates yet but we do know how two of the fires started.

Officials say Disraeli and Harbison were both caused by the careless disposal of a cigarette.
