WINNIPEG – Tuesday morning police charged a 41-year-old Winnipeg man after executing a search warrant at a home on Kimwood Bay

Police said they noticed a man leaving the home, that was subject to the search warrant, and get into a vehicle. Police quickly stopped the vehicle near Grassie Blvd and Plessis Road and took the man into custody.

As a result of the search warrant police located the following:

• Approximately 169 grams of powder cocaine
• Approximately 15 grams of crack cocaine
• Two digital scales
• Unused dime bags and sandwich bags

Jeus Marvin Albert, a 41-year-old man from Winnipeg has been charged with Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Fail to Comply with Recognizance X3.
