5 Deaths, 101 Cases

WINNIPEG – The province is reporting five deaths today from COVID-19, four of them in Winnipeg.

There are also 101 new cases of the virus, including 64 in Winnipeg.

4,461 cases are active, 19,982 people have recovered, for a total of 25,126 cases so far.

339 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 41 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is 10.5 per cent. Winnipeg’s rate is 11.3. 995 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 426,105 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 683.
