WINNIPEG – The province is reporting six deaths today from COVID-19, four of them in Winnipeg.

There are also 187 new cases of the virus, including 91 in Winnipeg.

4,505 cases are active, 19,528 people have recovered, for a total of 24,700 cases so far.

337 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 37 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is 11.2 per cent. Winnipeg’s rate is 10.4. 2,083 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 421,630 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 667.
