WINNIPEG, MB – A 61 year old man was found dead by RCMP Saturday morning at a home in the Garden Hill First Nation.

RCMP said, Rene Harper, a 41-year-old male from the Garden Hill First Nation, was arrested at the scene. He has been charged with Manslaughter.

Island Lake RCMP along with the Major Crime Unit continue to investigate.
