WINNIPEG – A 62 year-old Winnipeg woman has died after her motorcycle was struck by a truck yesterday afternoon.

The victim was travelling on highway 59 when a pickup truck travelling on Oak Grove Road went through the stop sign and collided with her motorcycle.

The 16 year-old male driver of the truck had minor injuries.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the collision.

RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
