WINNIPEG – The professional standards unit at the Winnipeg Police Service has started investigating the conduct of an officer who was already under scrutiny.

The cop was seen in a video about a week ago giving a ticket to a driver after a woman passenger in the car asked him why he wasn’t wearing a face mask.

Now another video has surfaced showing a similar situation unfold.

Trisha Fletcher recently posted a video from over a year ago with the same officer threatening to arrest an Indigenous man who questioned why the officer was looking into his truck without a warrant.
