WINNIPEG – Early in the morning on Saturday, police say they located the body of man in a building on Smith Street.

The man has been identified as Ryan Dunsford, 26-years-old of Little Grand Rapids.

Roy Dunsford, 20-years-old, of Little Grand Rapids has been charged with Manslaughter, as well as Fail to Comply with an Undertaking X 2.

No further details were provided by Winnipeg Police at this time.
