WINNIPEG, MB – RCMP from Yellowhead are investigating suspicious death after the discover of a woman’s body on Provincial Road 354.

RCMP received a call on Monday, February 26 from a person who saw an unresponsive 40-year-old woman in the ditch along Provincial Road 354, south of Oak River, Manitoba.

EMS were first on the scene and took the woman to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The RCMP confirmed in a news release, they are investigating the death as suspicious.
