WINNIPEG – A Canada-Wide arrest warrant has been issued by the Winnipeg Police regarding the death of 24 year-old Vincent Scott Ross, who was shot and killed on College Street on March 16.

28 year-old Christian James Bruce is wanted for Second Degree Murder.

Bruce is described as Indigenous in appearance, 5’9” in height, approximately 146 lbs in weight and has a medium build. He has brown eyes and is believed to have black hair. He has various skull-related tattoos on both arms as well as tribal-style tattoos on his face.
