WINNIPEG – Manitoba is expanding the retail cannabis market.

Starting June 1st, retailers will be able to apply to sell marijuana.

Crown Services Minister Jeff Wharton believes this move will create jobs and give the economy a boost as it recovers from CoVid-19.

Up until now, a couple dozen stores have been selling nothing but pot.
