WINNIPEG, MB. – It’s time to start thinking about mosquito season and on April 5 and 6 the city will be full of experts looking to solve our pesky problem.
The 14th Annual Meeting of the North Central Mosquito Control Association (NCMCA) will be held in Winnipeg for the first time on April 5 and 6. This association promotes safe, effective mosquito control and serves the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin and the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Western Ontario.
Meeting attendees will hear the latest research, share ideas, and form collaborations in addition to exhibitors showcasing their products on the cutting-edge of this ever-expanding field. The keynote speaker, distinguished Professor Dr. Randy Gaugler from Rutgers University, will be speaking on various research projects from his lab in the session entitled “A Quiver of Arrows: Selected Technologies from the Gaugler Lab.” A full version of the entire program can be found on theNCMCAwebsite.
