WINNIPEG – Outdoor pools and wading pools are set to open this Friday, June 28 weather permitting.

Heated Pools:

Fort Garry Lion’s

St. Vital

Westdale

Both the Kildonan Park Outdoor Pool and the Transcona Aquatic Park opened for the season on June 14.

Admission rates apply to each person entering the pool area.

Unheated Pools:

Freight House

Happyland

Provencher

Windsor Park

There is no charge for admission to unheated pools.

Wading Pools

The 81 City of Winnipeg wading pools will open on a staggered basis beginning Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2.

The following wading pools will open on Canada Day, weather permitting:

Central Park

Dakota Park

Machray Park

Shaughnessy Park

West Kildonan Memorial Community Centre
