Crime Stoppers Offers Double Cash Incentives for Info Related to ‘Meth’ Crimes

WINNIPEG – Crime Stoppers is offering double cash awards up to $2,000 for information involving ‘meth’ related crimes in an effort to manage the crisis it is causing on Winnipeg streets.

The incentive is effective immediately and is ongoing until the end of February.

Meth users often experience a state of confusion and anxiety that can easily translate to an increase in violence.

Anyone could be a victim of the meth crisis. People under the effect of meth are responsible for property and violent crimes caused by the desperation of looking for their next fix.
