WINNIPEG – A special public health order has been issued for Cross Lake First Nation.

People there are only allowed to leave home for essential supplies, health services or to go to work at an essential business.

Provincial officials and the chief and council are concerned about COVID-19.

The latest Cross Lake numbers show 45 active cases, 15 of them kids.
