WINNIPEG – Sunday evening RCMP stopped a 23-year-old man on a motorcycle who is now facing a $2,739 fine and more.

Sunday 7:30 PM Apr 22 on Highway #59, officers caught the 23-year-old racing his motorcycle at 180 kmh in a 100 kmh zone. In addition to the ticket, the driver faces careless driving and failing to yield for an emergency vehicle. He said he was looking for good spot to pull over.

The fine is approximately $2,739 in addition the motorcycle will be impounded.
