WINNIPEG – The Church of God Restoration near Steinbach held a drive-in service this morning.

Witnesses say a couple dozen cars were in the church’s parking lot as a minister gave his sermon from a trailer.

No word yet on whether tickets will be issued but the church has been fined thousands of dollars recently for holding in-person services.

Just yesterday, a judge sided with the province on its ban of all religious services, even of the drive-in variety.
