Drug Traffickers Arrested with Fentanyl Blotters and Heroin

WINNIPEG – A drug investigation led to drug trafficking charges for two suspects when they were caught with fentanyl blotters and heroin worth almost $4,000.

The two suspects were pulled over on Agnes Street and the drugs were found on them when their vehicle was searched.

In addition to the drugs, police also found $2,980 in cash, a scale and a cell phone.

48 year-old Vincent Edgar Urniezius has been charged with:

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin

– Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000

– Fail to Comply Condition Recognizance by Judge/Justice

26 year-old Karly Grace Spence has been charged with:

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

– Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin

She was also processed on two outstanding arrest warrants for charges that include:

– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (x2)

They were held in custody.
