Drugs, Weapons, Cash Seized by Morden Police

MANITOBA – Early in the morning on Wednesday Morden Police, with the support of the Regional Support Tactical Team, executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrants simultaneously on two locations in Morden.

The warrants were the result on long investigation. During the searches, police seized cocaine with a street value of over $11,000, Psilocybin, approximately $3000 in cash, ammunition, a digital money counter, prohibited weapons and body armour.

Morden Police said 42-year-old Christopher Lee Kirby of Morden was charged with: Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine and Psilocybin, Possession of Cocaine and Psilocybin, Possession of Proceeds of crime, 2 counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, 2 counts of Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, 2 counts of Possession of a Weapon while Prohibited, Possession of Ammunition while Prohibited, and Possession of Body Armour without a permit.

Teresa Anne Fehr a 33-year-old from Morden was charged with: Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine and Psilocybin, Possession of Cocaine and Psilocybin, Possession of Proceeds of Crime, 2 counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and 2 counts of Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
