WINNIPEG – Law enforcement agencies in Manitoba provide pictures and details of individuals that are wanted by police in their communities.

Hailey Barker

Hailey Barker is presently bound by a Recognizance and was required to reside at a specified address. Police have learned that Barker is no longer staying at this address.

Barker’s current whereabouts are unknown and there is a warrant issued for her arrest.

Jacob Dumas

Jacob Dumas was sentenced to 44 months in prison when he was convicted of Robbery.

Jacob Dumas began Statutory Release on August 30th, 2018, but breached his release conditions on October 18th and have not been seen since. There is a Canada wide warrant for his arrest.
