WINNIPEG, MB. – Manitoba RCMP are investigating a fatal fire in the community of Badger.

On Saturday, January 6, around 6:05 am, the Sprague RCMP responded to a house fire at a home on Pine Avenue, where unidentified human remains were found.

When police arrived the house was fully engulfed in flames, and the fire department was unable to save the structure.

The investigation continues for Manitoba RCMP and the Office of the Fire Commission.
