WINNIPEG, MB. – A female pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle yesterday morning Winnipeg.

Police said in a release that the Motor Vehicle Collision had occurred at the intersection of Main St. and Anderson Ave. at approximately 5:55 a.m.

Investigators believe a second pedestrian may have been crossing the street at the time and would like to speak with this individual.

Policer are asking that anyone who may have witnessed this incident or may have information regarding the collision contact the Traffic unit at 204-986-6271 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
