Finally, New Tenant for Target Building on St. James

News

WINNIPEG, MB. – After years of sitting empty, the large Target location near Polo Park will have tenants moving in very soon.

This week, Winnipeg based, 24-7 Intouch officially announced they will be taking over some space in the St. James building last week.

24-7 Intouch already has three locations in Winnipeg, one Waverley, one on Taylor Avenue, and a location in the downtown on Kennedy Street.

They will take 55,000 square feet of the 150,000 square foot building. There has been multiple reports that two other retailers will move into the building. The retail companies most often mentioned are HomeSense and Winners, both owned by the same parent corporation.
