WINNIPEG – Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service responded to a house fire Wednesday in Sage Creek.

The fire, at a home on Proulx Crescent, was considered a serious house fire and crews worked hard to prevent the fire from spreading to neighbouring homes.

One grateful neighbour tweeted out her thanks for the great work of Winnipeg Firefighters.
