WINNIPEG – A Friday night first as Downtown Winnipeg BIZ is hosting its first ever Night Market.

The Biz says It’s like their very popular Downtown Winnipeg Farmers’ Market, but offers so much more in the way of entertainment and options.

“Kennedy Street between Portage and Graham as well as Manitoba Hydro Plaza will be teaming with vendors of all types as well as buskers performing music and entertainment, plus a beer garden for those wishing to have a cold one on a hot Manitoba night. If you loved the Whiteout parties for their energy, you’ll love this event and the amazing atmosphere we will create,” said Downtown Winnipeg BIZ CEO Stefano Grande.

While this is the first ever Night Market, Downtown Biz said they will hold more on the last Friday in the months of July and August as well to bring a unique family-friendly experience to Winnipeggers.
