WINNIPEG – The Floodway is in operation and the province says the Red River could peak in Morris as soon as Friday. One flood expert thinks Highway 75 might end up under water for at least a week. The RM of Montcalm has declared a state of emergency. This was done to help six homes evacuate because of flooding over nearby roads.
