WINNIPEG, MB – Just hours before he was set to hit free-agency, Kevin Fogg agreed to a one-year contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The 27-year-old American defensive back registered six interceptions, 108 defensive tackles, three forced fumbles, and a sack in 33 games over the past two seasons. In addition to his defensive responsibilities, Fogg showed off his speed and versatility on special teams as a punt returner, picking up 775 yards in 67 returns in 2017, including returning a punt for a touchdown against the B.C Lions last October.
With Fogg now signed, Blue Bombers GM Kevin Walters and the coaching staff will have a busy day today, with CFL Free-Agency kicking off at 11 a.m.
