WINNIPEG, MB. – The Living Prairie Museum will open for Snowshoe Sundays January 7th.
Starting this Sunday, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., you can snowshoe at the Living Prairie Museum. Snowshoeing will be offered on the first and last Sunday of each month through February, weather permitting.
There is absolutely no experience necessary and the best part, free snowshoe rentals. Important to note, snowshoes are loaned out on a first come, first served basis.
Visitors can visit the interpretive centre to learn all about the animals and plants that call the prairie home, and warm up by the fire.
The hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and admission is by donation.
