WINNIPEG – Winnipeg Police have arrested Hailey Barker, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second degree murder Tuesday. It’s the city’s 7th homicide.

Hailey Summer Barker, 18-years-old, was arrested in Winnipeg and charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of her Mother, Christine Lynnette Barker on May 28th.
