WINNIPEG – Andrew Harris is signing a one day contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers so he can retire as a member of his hometown team.

He won four Grey Cups including 2019 and 2021 with Winnipeg.

The 36 year old, who played for Toronto last year, is the CFL’s all time leading Canadian rusher with 10,380 yards.

The Bombers say Harris will officially sign his ceremonial contract on April 27th during a red carpet event for the premiere of a documentary about his life called “Running Back Relentless.”
