WINNIPEG – A high-risk sex-offender was recently released from Headingly Correctional Centre and will be living in Winnipeg.
35 year-old Apay Ogouk has a criminal record for five counts of aggravated sexual assault, assault, and obstruct justice. His offences took place in Winnipeg and Calgary between 2006 and 2010 with some of his victims as young as 13, 15 and 16. Although he participated in some treatment programming in the past, Ogouk is still considered at risk to re-offend in a sexual manner. All females are at risk.
