How to use the Scale to Motivate You

WINNIPEG, MB. – I have something to admit to you, I fell off the wagon these last 10 days and only today have I been able to kick myself to get going.

I’ve been very disappointed in my lack of commitment. I had wonderful intentions every day to hit the gym. I woke up at the set time that would allow me to complete my exercise program, enjoy a good breakfast and not be stressed for work but, instead I stayed in bed.

I realize that we all have our bad days and it is important to keep working to motivate yourself. I know that exercise is so important, but I just didn’t do it.

Then, I jumped on the scale.

Wow, that made a HUGE impact. Can I tell you a secret? That’s what started my 10-day stretch of just staying in bed.
