CORNWALLIS – A man missing since May 8, 2019 has been confirmed as the human remains that were found on October 26.

46 year-old Jason Riley was found by a hunter in a wooded area close to Highway 1A in the RM of Cornwallis on October 26, 2019. He had initially been reported missing on May 8.

The cause of death has yet to be determined.

Blue Hills RCMP along with the assistance of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office continue to investigate.
