WINNIPEG – A city hookah lounge has been fined again for failing to comply with a COVID-19 public health order. The use of hookahs is banned during the pandemic.

7 Arabian Dreams Restaurant and Hookah Lounge has received a total of six tickets for the same offence just since August 1st.

The owner says he’s stuck between a rock and a hard place. If he doesn’t offer hookah, his business drops 80 percent and if he does, he gets fined.
