WINNIPEG – Police say a 23 year old man has been arrested in an arson and theft at Red River College back in February.

Thousands of dollars in electronics was stolen before the school was set on fire in the middle of the day while staff and students were present.

The building was evacuated and nobody was hurt.

Investigators say video surveillance helped them identify the suspect.
