STONEWALL, MB – RCMP in Stonewall have charged an 80-year-old man for Sexual Interference and Sexual Assault on a minor.

Police arrested and charged Henry “Kelly” Isbister, 80-years-old. The incidents, related to these charges, were reported Friday, April 13. Isbister exposed himself to a male minor on a couple of occasions and also touched the youth, who is under 16.
