Man Shot in Face By Passing Vehicle

WINNIPEG – A 35 year-old man was shot in the face with a pellet gun as he was walking in the area of Consol Avenue and Loelda Street at 3:00 in the afternoon on May 27.

The victim advised police that a blue, 4-door vehicle approached him from behind and a shot was fired from the vehicle, striking him in the face.

The victim has been treated in hospital for his injuries and released. At this time it is believed that the weapon used was a type of pellet gun.
