WINNIPEG, MB. – In front of 3,045 fans at the BellMTS Centre, The Manitoba Moose fall to Grand Rapids in over-time.

The Grand Rapids Griffins opened the scoring just two minutes into the first period on a goal from Matthew Ford. Grand Rapids scored their second of the game with five minutes left in the period when Eric Tangradi scored on the backhand.
Both goaltenders, Michael Hutchinson and McCollum, stood tall in the second period each making nine saves. Grand Rapids ended the second ahead 2 – 0.
Third period play was tight, The Moose weren’t able to capitalize on a late power play, but for the second time in three games, found success with Hutchinson on the bench. With the extra attacker on the ice, Cameron Schilling scored with 2:37 left in the game. Just 36 seconds later, Nic Petan put on in the net to tie it all up 2-2.
The Griffins, Filip Hronek scored the winner for 3-2 victory.
