WINNIPEG, MB. – Manitoba RCMP have made an arrest in the July 14, 2017 murder of 18-year-old Lydia Whitford.

It was on July 14, 2016, that Oakbank RCMP responded to a death at a home in the RM of Springfield. When police arrived they discovered, Lydia Whitford, inside her home.

RCMP said today in a news release, that on December 7, they arrested Lisa Marie Campbell, 26-years-old, of Winnipeg and charged here with Manslaughter.
