MANITOBA’S COVID CURVE

Manitoba Post StaffNews

WINNIPEG – As we get ready for Phase Three of the re-opening of Manitoba on Sunday, you can see by this provincial graph that the CoVid-19 curve in this province was actually more like a two week spike.

Most of Manitoba’s coronavirus cases occurred during the last half of March. In total, there have been just over 300 cases, with only a handful still active.

It can’t be forgotten that seven Manitobans have died but at the same time, it’s been a few months since that spike peaked so everyone seems ready to loosen some more restrictions.

However, public health officials are quick to remind everyone that social distancing and other measures need to continue no matter what.
