WINNIPEG – After being postponed in May because of COVID-19, the Manitoba Marathon has now been cancelled.

Instead of Father’s Day, the plan was to run the race on October 11th but organizers say they simply reached a point where that was no longer possible.

This year’s event will be replaced with a virtual race. More details are coming but runners will get a race kit and they’ll be able to post results and photos to be entered for prizes.
