WINNIPEG – There’s been a $50 million drug bust in Manitoba.

The Canada Border Services Agency says its officers discovered the massive amount of meth at a border crossing in Boissevain.

A commercial truck headed for Winnipeg contained over 400 kilograms of the drug packed in a number of rolling duffel bags.

The truck driver, a Winnipegger, was arrested and he now faces trafficking offences charges.
