WINNIPEG – Westbound Midwinter Avenue between Talbot Avenue and Brazier Street will be completely closed to traffic on Thursday, May 23 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for Bell MTS underground communications repairs.

Pedestrian access will be maintained. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes during this time.
