UPDATE – Cynthia has been safely located.

WINNIPEG – 18 year-old Cynthia Forster is missing.

Cynthia was last seen at about 6:30 pm. on February 10th in the city’s North End.

She is described as Indigenous in appearance, 5’8” in height, 180lbs, long brown hair with red. No clothing description.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Cynthia’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
